Common Questions
For drop-off service at our location, we serve throughout the area. For service at your location, it is limited to within the city limits, unless you are a business; then it extends to a 20-mile radius.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as checks and cash. For digital payments, we accept Apple Pay and Cash App only.
Our work comes with a full guarantee. All new hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, while any refurbished components are protected by a 30-day parts warranty from us, along with a 10-day labor warranty. Services that do not involve the sale of physical goods are covered by a 24-hour labor warranty, except for virus remediation services. Please note that re-contamination of computers is at the customer's risk.

Our guiding principle is to "do it right, do it once." The time needed to service your computer varies based on the specific issues that require repair. Generally, repairs can be completed within the same day to three days, depending on the availability of any needed parts.
In some cases, especially when your computer has significant damage, it may be more cost-effective to purchase a new one than to continue repairs. If that is the situation, your technician will provide recommendations on which device, operating system, and software will best meet your needs. We can then back up your data, transfer it to your new computer, and assist you in setting it up so you can get back on track.
Computers are complex devices, and the risk of data loss is always present. Nowadays, it often feels like it's only a matter of time before it happens. This is why having proper backup solutions is crucial; they are the only effective way to safeguard your data against loss.
We strongly advise keeping backups of your essential files to mitigate risk. However, we offer a backup service before starting any work if needed.
