To receive the most accurate quote, a diagnostic examination will be required. We will thoroughly assess your device to provide you with a precise repair cost.
Basic Services

- OS Install/Upgrade & Activation
- Laptop Screen/Touchpad R&R
- Windows Data Recovery

* Prices given do not include sales tax or any necessary parts. For services that are not listed, call us! Allow a 1-3 business-day turnaround for servicing and up to 7 business days for shipping of part (s) not in stock. We service our customers using the first-in, first-out method (FIFO).
Not all services can be performed on-site; those that can will be charged at an hourly labor rate of $60 per hour (1 hour minimum, and 15-minute increments thereafter).
Windows 10 End of Life (EOL) was October 14, 2025. If your device is using Windows 10, services will be limited.
Where parts are needed, our warranty &/or guarantee will only apply to parts supplied through us. While we're happy to use customer-provided parts, we cannot provide a warranty for the service or guarantee any customer-provided part (s).
We do not work on cellphones, tablets, or game consoles. Due to Apple policies, services are extremely limited.

- We only service devices running Windows 10 or newer, except for upgrading to a newer operating system.

- Microsoft Outlook OST/PST file/s upon request ($20 upcharge)
- Browser bookmarks/passwords upon request ($10 upcharge)

DIAGNOSTIC FEE
Computer diagnostics generally involve a combination of software tools, hardware checks, part substitutions, and sometimes partial or complete disassembly of the device. This process relies on extensive knowledge and experience accumulated over many years. Therefore, regardless of whether the customer decides to proceed with the repair, the shop must still collect a diagnostic fee to account for the time, effort, and expertise involved in the diagnosis.
When diagnostics show that the cost of repairs exceeds the value of the computer, the customer has the option to choose not to proceed with the repair. In this situation, the diagnostic fee can be applied as a credit toward the purchase of a replacement computer if the customer decides to buy one from us.
